I recently traded my 4dr 06 Civic LX with an 07 one. The new one does not have the lugbug problem , but I can hear small noises from the rear windshield(or around that area) . It's like something is vibrating when the rear tires hit an uneven surface . also, There are some very small noises coming from the passenger door(again it seems something is vibrating as the passenger side tire hits uneven surfaces). Do you think I should care about these? Or I should just ignore it? I do not know if I should talk to my dealer about these because this type of problems might be hard to reproduce.

My 06 LX sedan has this noise in the rear when I hit certain bumps or rough roads. I have had it since the first day I got the car.
With over 7000 miles, my canadian built LX is chock full of noises when it comes to hitting bumps both front and back. I have brought it in 4 times with no help from the dealerships. Thus far, these problems have not yeilded any mechanical problems so I will leave them until something breaks.

Rep Power: 0 Right front door
I figured out that the window glass on the front passenger door is rattling(if you want to test yours, pull down the window just a little, and then shake the door). I also can hear wind noise from the driver door when I am driving more than 50mph. I am taking the car to my dealer tomorrow, and I will let you know about the results.
About the squeaks from the front dash area, I can hear some squeaks from my front panel when I hit big bumps. First of all, I think that might be normal. Second, I live in Michigan, and it is freaking cold in here. I think cold weather can worsen this problem, because the plastic on the dash becomes harder.
That's just my opinion. What do you guys think?

I took the car too dealer, and:
1- For the rattling noise from the passenger door, they said window rail should be changed, and they ordered the part.
2- For the driver side wind noise, the sealing rubber need to be changed, they also ordered it.
They hopefully will get the parts in a week, and I will update you after that.

I definitely have some interior rattles too.
Clearly the build quality of these cars is not extremely high. We all knew that buying a Honda Civic.
However, my brand new car should not have several rattles. I'm bringing it in to the dealership, but am not sure how much it will help.

Yes, My 2007 Civic EX Sedan has a stange "clicking" sound from the right front wheel, fender/door/window area. But it comes and goes...gets worse when it is dry and cold. I thiink it is from some plastic panels that expands and shrink and there is some misfit from the factory.
I can't make it to "click" when I took it to the dealer to check it out...so I would have to wait until it does it again..(hopefully, never)
