Rep Power: 0 Got mine from Anything Honda Online http://www.anythinghondaonline.com/i...ROD&ProdID=983. $25 seemed like a fair price for a custom shade.

Rep Power: 0 I bought an almost-perfect sun shade at Target soon after driving the car home. I'd link to it, but they don't seem to have it on their web site. It's made of 2 collapsing rings which spring open to form the wide shade, kinda like this. The cool thing is that the entire thing folds down to a frisbee-sized disc which fits under a front seat. No wasted space.
It's "almost" perfect because even the Jumbo size doesn't scale the entire height of the Civic's windshield. But it is tall enough to cover most of the distance and rest above the speedometer alcove. You'll need to put the sun visors down to hold it in place. I don't remember how much I paid, but it was definitely not expensive.
