Question Changing Headlamps

What happen to the good old days when all you need to do to change lightbulbs on your headlight is just twist and pull, on both sides! I was able to swap bulbs on the driver side... but unable to do so on the other side. Am I suppose to remove the bumper?

The owner's manual provides no information except for the obvious. It tells me how to change the driver side one... which is no problem, but it seems as if it purposely left out the passenger side, where there is something blocking access to it. Can somebody please help me on this?

I could swear when I read the manual both sides were mentioned but I remember one side being a major pain in the ***.

You did not blow a bulb yet did you?

Hehe.... I do a lot of night driving and was considering changing to brighter bulbs. Once I opened the hood and saw what it woudl take to change both bulbs I decided the current bulbs were just fine. Looks like a nasty job just to change headlight bulbs. Yuck

Red face

Of course my bulbs did not blow out yet, haha. I was planning on getting HID headlamps, and was planning on installing it myself. Owner's manual only tells you how to change the driver side. Other sources of information tells me I must remove my bumper first.

I know owners of the Acura RSX complaining about changing their bulbs for the headlights, I didn't think this issue would spread to other Honda/Acura vehicles...
