What should I do to my new Civic Si?

I just bought a 2007 Si. Its already got aftermarket exhaust, spoiler, and paint. But what should I do to it next? It has 124k miles so I was thinking about swapping out the engine internals, just so it would be in good condition. Rocker arms, pistons, valves, anything else I should change out?
Just comment some ideas you might have for me.
Thanks!

Add a low restriction air intake, it will work well with your exhaust mods. Mine has both and they made the throttle considerably more responsive.
