What do i need to do to tune my 07 civic lx manual tranny?

I know you need to check
-air filter
-spark plugs
- all fluids
is there anything else?

and i was wondering how to check your clutch fluid? because i feel like its running low

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: DIY Tune-UP??!

Look in your owners manual under maintenance.

"Tune up" is only a set of spark plugs and a valve adjustment, to be done when the maintenance minder comes up with a number 4. Usually around 105,000 miles.
Use the correct spark plugs:
NGK: IZFR6K-11S
DENSO: SKJ20DR-M11S

Descriptions of how to check the brake and clutch fluids are in the maintenance section of your owners manual also.

you pretty much covered it, its not like the older cars where you have to change the plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter, ect. these newer civics have less tune-up maint. required.

dont forget to check your cabin filter too.
these are often forgot about until the car starts stinking of dirtyness.

If you need OEM parts send me a PM. I work for a stealership and can get you a discount. we ship internationally too.

brake and clutch fluid resevoirs can be located in the engine compartment along the firewall. there is a min and max line. make sure your car is at normal operating temperature and check the levels. Also check and see how dirty the fluid is, may need to be flushed.
