yikes, you can try a product called meguiars scratch-x which will gently polish the paint back up as best as possible. if it still doesnt look right, then a body shop will need to repaint that section and blend with surrounding areas. some of that area where the white is showing (no paint) will stay like that. the rest seems like you may be able to buff out.

^hello, thanks so much for the advice, i'll give that product a try.
but i tried wiping the section that you see white with water, it became the original car color, but when it dried, it looked white again.

so i don't know..ekk. thank again.
??? When you applied water it returned to its original color and when it dried it reverted back to a cloudy state? Sounds like they scuffed up the clear coat. The scratch X is some pretty cool stuff but to really get your gloss back I'd recommend doing a few more extra steps. Basically give your panel a detail. What that will entail is wash it down with some simple green. Then run a clay bar over it and check the smoothness with a plastic bag. Afterwards apply an abrasive and non abrasive polish, I like Meguiar's BTW. Use the products as directed. Apply the scratch x after that if you still feel its needed. After that, apply a glossy polish, and then for the final layer, apply a new layer of wax. It should look like new after that.
Oh and if you're going to do all this work on one panel, you might as well detail your whole car . Trust me its worth it.

Hey, thanks so much for the advice and I was wondering what products do you recommend besides of the scratch X, like the specific brand for the clay bar? Oh, so new updates with this. After trying to get rid of cloudy area you see. I used meguiar's color x and nxt 2.0 wax and it looks like this now:
excuse my reflection =x.
you can see a little of the cloudy area (but it got much better?) and now you see the scratch more clearly.
so i guess what should i do? sorry for asking so many questions, but i really do appreciate this .
