95 z6 miss

i have a 95 civic coupe..d16z6 (1.6 vtec) it has developed a REALLY BAD miss..
i have changed plugs, wires, cap and button....checked fuel filter and pump and even checked to see if cat was plugged...nothing seems to help... it doesnt seem to miss at an idle but anything above 2000 rpm is horrible....any ideas...ill try anything!!
