And im a novice when it comes to the Honda world. What are some tips or tricks y'all (from the south) can offer me?

Some of my questions are:
1. What type of exhaust should I get?
2. What size rims would be the most beneficial?
3. Would a body kit be good, and what type?
4. How can I make it faster overall?

I know these are some dumb questions but thanks for the help.

First of all, congrats on the new ride!

There are really no straight forward answers to your questions, it's all matter of personal prefference. With the civic aftermarket, the possibilities of modifications are endless.
What I would suggest you do is browse this forum and a couple others checking out member's rides, that should give you some ideas. Not only that, thier trial and errors will benifit you, and keep you from guessing.
