Question I need help please

I bought honda Civic 2006 4 door and i get 27.8 mpg with highway and city i asked dealer to do a engine tunap and its same thing its alot for honda 1.8 engine i have honda accord i do like 31-32 with highway and city together and its 2.4 engine anyone have any ideas what can be wrong with that car my friend have same car just 2007 and he get about 37-39 miles somone please can help me ? only 63 k miles on the car... lol I thought you had a crazy problem! lol um just get a tune up?? how many miles?

hmm, something is very wrong. should be 35 highway at the very least, if not higher. check the usual tuneup parts, spark plugs, air filter, etc. are there any engine lights or warnings on the dash?

Mabye fluid changes all around?? Radiator,tranny, engine oil. As gear said Spark plugs, air filter. check codes. Check your ignition coils too! Mine has about the same miles as yours and I was hardly getting spark out of three of them.
