Help!!!

Hey I'm working on my 98 civic and I'm having a hell of a time removing the center console. In particular what I need to remove is the A/C controls. I've tried searching the internet, the forums and I still can't do it!

I got the entire bottom half of the dash removed so far so after that whats next? What needs to be disconnected? Thanks in advance.

OK I figured out what it is...Its the cable that is connected to the manual a/c control, you know the thing you move from left to right to control how hot or how cold you want the temp. How do I un-hook that?

should just be a plug? push in the tab and pull out..

No. Actually it was a cable that is hooked to the air conditioning unit deep under the dash. I had to yank it out and unhook it in order to complete the dis-assembly of the center console.
