hey i have painted my brake pads like 3 months ago and now they are starting to get dirty again. This means the dust is sitting on the paint and i cant get it off. Is there any way to get the dust off and make the brake pads look perfect again?

There are high temperature clears available that do a decent job of sealing the finish. With that in place, you should be able to use soap and water. I found the same problem as the clear finish on my wheels was beginning to pit. The brake dust was practically fused to the wheel. Once I refinished the wheels, the stuff came off with water alone.
This is a decent article on the process for properly painting your calipers:
have that brake caliper sandblasted at the car shop then have it repainted. You can even repaint it yourself. There are a number of paint kits sold.. But i prefer powder coating instead.

If your going to do it, paint with hi temp paint and seal it. Make sure you wait a few days for the paint to completely cure so it doesnt flake off after a few months. I would use etching primer as well. After thats all said and done, make sure you keep them clean... letting the dust and dirt build up on them is what makes them look shitty, and then you cant get the junk off and your exactly where you at now. If you cant handle some upkeep, then dont even bother doing it again- just sandblast it back to its orig condition.
