what to do with a scratch?

Dont ask me how... lol but i have managed to scratch my car. its about 3 inches long, and i think it might have gotten to the paint.

i was thinking the best solution to hide it would be one of those painted matched pens they sell at the dealership, you know? where one end is the paint and the other end is a clear coat..

any advice or similar dilemmas ?

Re: what to do with a scratch?

just put touchup paint and call it a day. you can try to blend it in a bit with meguiars scratchx.

Re: what to do with a scratch?

How bad is the scatch? If you gently move your finger and see that your finger are latch on that scatch. that would consider a deep scatch. Some local store may have to use a high bluffing machine to buff it. Check on line under google. There may be some instruction. I got mind fix from this guy cost me $30.00 for an 8" long scratch.

If I find out more about this website, I will post it later.

See, after they use the machine buff it. They use hand sand liquid to buff it again, then they use fine sand liquid to finish it and wax it.

I am not sure other people repair those. but this is what I heard from this guy help me repair it.

Hope this work.
