So listen to this i'm pretty sure my clutch master cylinder went. First i'll ask my question. What's the best way to remove this. I never knew it excisted in my car due to it being HIDDEN behind the shock tower on the drivers side to the right of the Brake Master Cylinder. I'm scared i'm going to strip that 12mm where the hydrolic line goes into... there is hardly any room to move and I'm not sure what the best way to remove this is? or get it out..
Do i have to remove the Brake master cylinder?
I just ordered a new CMC today for 99 at Honda and I'm hoping to have my car running by tomorrow night.
--------
This is why i think my CMC is gone.... So i was driving all was fine and randomly my clutch peddle would stick to the floor and not come up. I would pull it up and it would be okay. another day the resivoir was low so I filled it up. It felt like there was no pressure on the clutch like i had to push it wayy down for it to engage. So i'm pretty sure its the CMC. I looked at it and where the rubber hose goes into it from the reservoir i see some dampness.
This should fix my problem correct. I swapped out slave cylinders and bought a new line that attaches to it and yeah still has this problem. When i try to bleed it when i have someone pushing peddle there is hardly any fluid comming out. This makes me belive that it's deff the CMC that's bad.
Agree?
sorry i can't spell tonight
