Car swaying left and right

Hi everyone,

I have been having this endlessly irritating problem with my car. I keep taking it to the mechanic and he seemingly fixes it and problems keep popping up a few days after he tightens everything. It sways left and right subtly and it seems to be getting worse.

I just had new rear shocks, new tires, alignment, breaks, front bearings( done twice in two months!!), and it is starting to sway now. I know i might need new sway bars. But is it worth it just to get new sway bars and bushings to nip this problem in the bud?

How expensive would that run me? Luckily i have gotten a good run out of my car for a long time. I have 155 K miles on it so its to be expected i need work. But its a pain.

Thanks for replies

Re: Car swaying left and right

you mean tracking issue? like if you let go of the wheel it drifts off a straight line? its prolly just bad wheel alignment. or something is broken and preventing a proper alignment. do they say the specs change when you bring it back again? might need new front control arm bushings, or rear too. i doubt sway bars would make much difference broken or not.
