I'm new and was wondering if you guys could help me out with an overheating problem.
I have a 99 civic and it overheats (according the gauge inside the cabin). It wont overheat while idealing or while driving around town unless I've been driving from more than 15-20 min.
The cooling fan kicks on and I have already replaced the thermostat with no luck.
I thought the problem could be the gauge, but when the car starts to overheat and I turn the heat on, the temperature goes down (making me believe the gauge is working).
Do you guys have any suggestion or can you point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
