02 EX hard to shift into 4th and 5th

I have a 02 Civic EX and when shifting from 3rd to 4th or 4th to 5th it is very difficult. Feels very gummy unless when shifting from 3rd to 4th I first put it in neutral and wiggle the gear lever then it will shift smoothly.

I have seen the Honda service bulletin releated to this and already replaced the shift cable bushings but that made no difference. Anyone had or know of this problem and a possible fix?

I'm having the same issue. I have changed the transmission oil which seemed to help a little but didn't solve the problem. Does anyone have a solution?
