Need a favor

I will not go into any details, but long story short my wife's 02 coupe does not have a trunk liner or lid. I was able to order the liner cheap from Majestic Honda, but they would not ship the lid, so I could not get it (don't ask me why). To buy this part from the dealer is around $60, and IMO is robbery for what you are getting. I am going to just make one from a piece of masonite, but I need the dimensions. So, if one of the kind members on here would be so nice as to measure their lid, so I could get it as close as possible it would be much appreciated. I don't have my civic anymore or I would measure the one in mine. Again I need the dimensions of the lid not the carpet.

im not sure what you even mean. the actual metal lid that covers the trunk? or the plastic inner rear deck lid that covers the speakers? i dont think you can really make either one, the specs are very specific. or wait, do you mean the cardboard piece that goes under the carpet? its only like $25 from the dealer. just get it there. i would measure mine but its not stock size i trimmed certain spots.

Cardboard piece under the carpet and it is not $25 from the dealer, it is $60 from my local dealer. If you could just give me a rough estimate based on what you trimmed that would work
