Okay so my headlights are messed up (one is oem and super dirty) the other is a depo one.

I want some new headlights and found these.

I'm leaning towards the dimond cut ones and NOT the black housed becuase they look super cheap and riceee.

Let me know if you agress

Again HIDS are going in them as long as super bright bulbs for blinger/parking

Re: Headlight Opinion* Pics*

IMO both are cool, but only on the right color car.

I wonder what the quality is like, since it looks like an individual is removing the amber piece, and selling them? Or is it a company doing this?

my opinion: go with the clear and put in the hid's.

Re: Headlight Opinion* Pics*

I agree, the black ones do look cool, but the retro backing looks tacky. If it was a flat matte black, then it would look great.

Like I said, I like them, but I have not heard of them before. Let us know if they stop working, or the seal gets broken.

Re: Headlight Opinion* Pics*

yeah i got those ebay clear ones...for my projector retrofit. i highly advise against buying these for use as regular reflector light. with halogen, the output is not even legal. very poor optics and light output and i can only imagine how terrible the hid kit will look, not to mention the glare.

Re: Headlight Opinion* Pics*

If it was me, I'd buy neither one. I'd go with some OEM-replacement ones from a local body shop. That's what I had to do. I was in what sounds like your situation. I got in a wreck and had to replace one of them, and the other one was 7 years old. I got a full-quality OEM headlight from a local body shop and blacked it out.

You really do get what you pay for.

Re: Headlight Opinion* Pics*

Both of them look good but considering you have a black car I'd say go with the black ones. The only reason they look cheesy is because of the uber fancy pic they took of it, lol. Look at the smaller pics and you'll see what I mean. Anyway, both seem good IMO.

If you're getting hids, and aren't doing a retrofit, don't get either.
