my civic has 71,000 miles on it
and started with the check engine light come on
and it would hesitate when it got to about 5000 rpms
once it warmed up it was fine
i t happened once then it happened like 3 times in a week
i got a p1298 error code
electronic load detector
i replaced both o2 sensors, air filter, new plugs, a full tank of 93 octane gas and a bottle of fuel injector cleaner. and reset the computer.
so far the car is running good and the check engine light is off
so i think one or both the o2 sensors went bad
each sensor is about 50$
so hopefully that was the problem
alsoit is recommended you change the fuel filter around 50,000 miles
so i am going to get that this weekend
cause i noticed a drop in gas milage
