If i were you i would probably just buy another stock cat off ebay (
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...41863324QQrdZ1 ) and put in inline, right after the stock existing cat, youll lose some power, but youll DEFINATLY pass smog. After you pass you can always take it off. By the way, how did they come up with the egr valve failure? Did they determin that through the sniffer test (exhaust)? If they did you could probably get by with that extra cat but if they found it through a DTC then you definatly need a used one. For a cheap egr id hit up the local junkyard.
