i took my brothers car down at the track and i ran a 15.1 with an si completely stock and a really bad tranny. it grinds 2nd and 3rd.i hate it
An ALL STOCK civic si with a bad tranny ran a 15.1? Sorry to burst your bubble but i really dont see that happening man. If you have a timeslip to prove it then ill admit im wrong and eat my words.
And twinkle, lots of civics go waaaaaaay faster then 13.0 haha. There is a guy here at the air force base with a b20/vtec, sleeved, forged rods, forged pistons, worked head, tranny and a cick ass cluth, he lays down like 503whp on 32psi if i remember right. He breaks lots of axles and spins his 24in slicks through our whole eightmile track and still manages a 7.0. That car ****in rips
Its hard to get a non-forced induction civic with origional drivetrain into the 14's even, and honestly unless that 94 4dr civic has a different motor in it, even with a 75 shot you are not running 13's or low 14's.
And a stock si is never going to run a low 15 considering a profession driver running an open t-body could only run a mid 15 at best with a perfect tranny and motor.
A buddy of mine had an 02 si, with a injen CAI, light wheels and tires and a 75 shot he ran a 14.8.
I personally had an 02 si with a CAI, I ran a 15.87 with a .547 off the line, mighta been faster without the 18 inch wheels.

Yeah, its definalty good for it man haha, it has a built b18b in it, typeR tranny and lots of other goodies, stg2cams, jdm b16 pistons (11:1 compression if i remember right), anr header, full catback, its a damn quick civic haha, his 9.1 at the flat track here in minot would definatly be good for 14s, with his nitrous he should drop to the 13s, if he ever puts in his kit
