built engine

hey this is my first post and i was wondering...

does anybody know what it takes to make a fully built engine such as a GSR, because i want to have a built GSR and i know built engines are more reliable than boosted, anyways any info. will appreciated. thanks

Its all about money.
If money is not an issue then you need alot of things to make a 'built' engine - pistons, rings, cams, conrods, valve springs... the list goes on.
