Rep Power: 0 What's the code?
I just recently sold my radio pulled from my civic 02. However, the person who bought it from me said that the radio is asking for a code. Does anyone know how I can find this code out?

Rep Power: 0 If you know what dealership it was bought at call them they can look it up. if not you have to look at the serial number on top of the cd player and call that into the service department at the dealership they will give it to you.

Rep Power: 0 Okay thanks for your help. I'm gonna call the dealer tommorrow.
lol so whats the point of the anti-theft code? anyone (besides the rigthful owner) could just call in with the serial number on the player itself.
Well I guess you can call to get the code but I'm sure you have to verify some information first. Having the serial number is one thing but matching who the owner is and other info is another. So I guess there is a point to the anti-theft code
