i want 17s and i like the ROH RT wheels but they only come in a 17x8. so i have a few questions...
first of all with stock suspension setup can we fit 17x8
and also with the prokit, 1inch drop can 17x8s fit
finally, is there really a handling benefit of wider tires? because while it is true that having wider tires puts more rubber in contact with the road, the weight of the car is spread across a greater area, therefore pounds/square inch are less. kindof a physics question. so who has some answers

Rep Power: 0 It all depends on how you want your car to look. Do you want the wheels to hide in the fender wall, in other words are you slamming your car? You have to think about those things. But it all depends on the offset of the rims. !7 x 7 with a 40 offset fits like a 17 x 7.5 with a 45 offset. Just like 16" rims with 45 profile will about the same diameter as a 17" with 40 profile. Its up to you, your rims will sticking out. My17x7.5 are are flush with my fenders with no camber.
