help with a k20 swap

Anybbody from York or close to york if they want to help with the swap are wellcome cuz is too much work to do by myself any1 with free time please help need to take engine out from my 02 civic and take the wire harness out and after I send it to get it done need help puting everithing back together please help !!!!!
