Did you know DIET sodas aren't good for ya?
I'm into reading on health facts. So from what I know, ASPARTAME, the "natural sweetener" (bullshit) is not natural, therefore, whenever the body consumes unnatural things, it doesn't know how to get rid of it.
Do some research on ASPARTAME, XYLITOL, and on gums that contain phenylalanine is BAD FOR US. Phenylalanine is a chain from a amino acid which is able to enter our BBB ( blood brain barrier) and get into our nervous system.
Nothing really is supposed to enter our BBB.. it is a thick mucous which protects our brains from toxins, and crap like that.
Hopefully this adds onto the health tips. Tell me what you guys think.
Read on "Natural Cures 'they' don't want you to know about" by author Kevin Trudeau... he exposes the truth on food industries, the Government, and so on. He talks about diseases that can be cured without the use of surgery and DRUGS (which are man-made.. and includes chemicals that the body shouldn't consume) whther it is non-prescription and prescription. and you should all read his new books... "More natural cures revealed" and "Weight loss secrets they don't want you to know about"
Hope this helps!
You know what.. whenever I can, I'm going to add some new facts that people should follow to PREVENT health problems.
Look at your deodorant's ingredients... does it contain ALUMINUM? Don't use it. Aluminum 'helps' us to NOT SWEAT as much.. and are deposited into your BREASTS( yes males do have breasts) and in the long run, women and men will develop breast cancer. Women have more of a chance to develop breast cancer.
Our bodies are meant to excrete whether via colon, sweat glands, or urethra. So, I know it bothers many people to sweat excessively, but we have to avoid deodorants that contains aluminum.
I use a brand called CRYSTAL.. it is made from mineral salts and is clear. It is odorless and I have no issues with odor on my body when using it. But it doesn't prevent you from sweating.
Good info about the aspartame. People who drink alot of diet soda experience chronic headahces, fatigue, nausea and temporary blindness. Miraculously, when they stop consuming soda, bam, the symptoms literally dissappear. But its like you said, that goes for anything unnatural. Eat real food frequently and you will lose weight.
man i wish i could lose 45 ish lbs. lol (sorry got on a rant of 3 letter thingys) in 6 months that would be amazing...like 5 months ago i started lifting and eating good and in the first 3 months i lost 21 lbs. but then got injured and slowed down and am sitting at my current weight damnit...but im ready to go again. Thanks again for all your guys input.

If you are lifting then you will lose weight slower. The body has anabolic (building) and catabolic (breaking down) parts. You are trying to do both at the same time, which is good, but will be slower. People who do a lot of cardio and change their diet without lifting have a tendency to lose a crap load of muscle mass. Just remember that when you hit a plateau that means you need change something up...diet, cardio, something...
Although the research on splenda is new, splenda is supposed to be better for you because it "appears" like a sugar to the body (ie similar structure) but can't attach to any glucose receptors.
Also remember to give yourself cheat days. You can't eat perfectly all the time. Enjoy some ice cream, pizza, chinese food, etc occasionally because it helps you stay on track. Moderation is the key my friend.
Lol, I lost about 45-ish lbs and 7 inches off my waist in about six months from eating right and exercise. And I'm not a really tall guy either, only 5 7. It really works well, just time consuming and not very convenient.
You guys should consider Colon Cleanse in oral form, or actually going to the clinic to get the colon cleanse done. I, personally haven't done this yet, but am going to soon.
Not to be rude, but I really hope that you do you research before getting that done. Not only is it somewhat invasive, but it also flushes out necessary bacteria. A diet full of fiber works just fine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colon_hydrotherapy
I am not trying to knock your organic/natural stance, but sometimes you have to take a step back and look at things a little more objectively rather than info from one book. In fact, I have tried some alternative medicines and am supporter of NCAM studying complimentary and alterative medicines.
And just because splenda is not "natural" does not mean it will hurt your body. Although aspartame still increases slight weight gain (slower than real sugar), it has no other bad side effects. The cancer research on aspartame is crap because they used such high doses in lab animals and there is NO ASSOCIATION between aspartame and cancer. And your statement about deodorant and cancer yet to be determined but most of the evidence suggests no association between deodorant and breast cancer. http://www.breastcancer.org/research_deodorant.html http://www.snopes.com/medical/toxins/antiperspirant.asp
I don't want to get into an argument on here, but aznsouljah, all you have been preaching are these "natural cures" which can be just as dangerous as anything else out there. Cocaine, marijuana, lard, bella donna, and other things are "natural" but does not mean that they are healthy for us. Until you can cite scientific evidence for certain things, these "natural" cures have not been shown to be effective. That is not to say that they aren't effective, they just haven't been studied.
If you don't want to believe me, then fine. However, I don't suggest preaching crappy evidence to people. All it does is scare them into thinking they have to change their entires lives to be healthy, something that media feeds into day in and day out..."watch out for dust mites in your bed" "The hidden mold" Yes, these things are dangerous for immunocompromised individuals, but the human race was not meant to live in a sterile, completely "natural" environment.
BTW Bread has been a staple in countries all over the world for centuries and do you know where baking soda comes from?? From a mine shaft...talk about really natural.
Also noods=nudes...you guys need to learn more l33t...
