Alright, thanks to you guys, I have found the motivation to get back into working out. I was in track my whole life and have a school record and have been running and sprinting my whole life. After college I stopped and got out of shape. Last New Years, I started working out again. I started out at 193 lbs. In August I weighed 167 lbs. Since Thanksgiving I stopped working out and I am currently at 173 lbs. After 3 1/2 months, I decided to get back into it and start working out again. Here are some pics of me from 3/4/07 (Sunday). Don't laugh, I haven't been working out for over 3 months and have been pigging out.

I did see those, not sure who even makes them or how much they cost. I am not a fan of working out at home, but I don't have much of a choice. I work 50+ hrs a week and spending time with the family would be non-existent if I was at the gym all the time. I just work out with dumbells, it works for me.
My goal is to shed some fat and add a few pounds of muscle. In 6 months, I am aiming for 175lbs.
