lol im 6'3 but only 201, which is actually 15 lbs heavier than i should be, quote the doc on that one
. Im just eating about 250 grams of protien a day and trying to eat halfway decent. im actually slacking on cardio and could lose a few gut pounds, but all in due time, right?

damm what kind of foods do you eat that give you like 250 grams of protein a day ?

Onwhey protein shakes. its like 32 bucks for a 5lb tub and i take about 3 shakes a day at around 80-85 grams each. only the chocolate is good and is really easy to drink if you have a shaker.
