looks pretty clean to me. there's a lot worse things that you could be eating besides apples. what protein do you use? I've tried several, but i've stuck with Solid Whey from AllSportsNutrition i get 10 lbs for $49 shipped and it tastes good too. they normally have a 5 lb vanilla and 5 lb chocolate, but all i could find right now is the 10 lb chocolate: Solid Whey Chocolate 10 lb. [Solid12] - $40.99 : AllSportsNutrition
keep up the good work!!!

thanks man. im using on-whey right now. 5;bs for 32 bucks. i like it good enough to try and routinely drink it. i just started adding flak seed to it for fiber and omega threes, and its is f*ing nasty even with them ground up, however, im going to keep trying it lol.

i dont usually drink at all, but maybe a few pilsners this weekend...

flax is horrible. i used to buy it in pill form from sam's. it really wasn't that much more expensive than liquid. i got tired of swallowing 15 pills though, so i just went back to liquid. 1 tbsp, hold the nose, down the hatch, and chase it with some protein!

Flax has good benefits, but fish oil has more. Get some fish oil capsules and have a go at it. But whatever works to get your omegas!

ON is the shznit! Cheapest, best tasting, best quality protein out there.

the Solid Whey is a little cheaper than ON. the last time i tried a 2 lb tub of ON, it made me nauseous. i couldn't even finish the tub. i know a lot of people like it though. some of the Muscle Milk is good too, but it's hella expensive. i've gone through over 40 lbs of Solid Whey in the last couple years with good results so I'm sticking with that.

muscle milk has a lot of crap in it like too much fat and carbs. Solid whey looks decent, but I don't want to trust something I haven't tasted. Want to send me a sample? hehe

How can you be lactose intolerant, yet still digest it with whey? Whey is egg and milk proteins.

the ON whey has lactase in it as an ingredient so us peoples can drink it with milk. the proteins are fine for me, its milk that I cant digest properly unless its that Lactiad milk or take lactase enzymes before drinking milk.

lactose is the milk sugars, not the protein.

if you guys seriously want to try the Solid Whey, paypal me $4.50 to cover priority mail shipping and i'll send you a couple cups to try out. i like it and it's cheap.
