| I finally took up running again I know it doesn't work for everyone but last time with a nice restricted diet I lost about 65 lbs....the one thing I forgot about is the shin pains, the ones you get from having not exercised them in a while...anyone have a better remedy than ice or warming them? cuz this is the one thing that will deter me from keeping up my routine. as I'm finally feeling motivated to go running/jogging/walking 4-5 times/week 2-3 miles/day. |
