1) The pros and cons to dynamic vs. static stretching
2) Currently, I am doing antagonist training (bis/tris, chest/back, legs/shoulders). What are the pros and cons of doing it with like muscle groups (bis/back, tris/chest/shoulders, legs) and different muscles (bis/chest, tris/back, shoulders/chest)? I don't like doing bis/tris because of the limiting isolation movements. Any advice would be welcomed...Ironfist, White2k2ex, Noise???
