and picked up Optimum 100% Whey Protein. Muscle milk had double the calories, started gaining a pound here and there, so it is gone (mainly because I used it all and the Optimum was cheaper

Good choice. Try Substance WPI watermelon one day if you get the chance. Best tasting protein I've tried

This is what I use also. I take the chocolate and I love it. I also tried the strawberry. It is good, but not as good as the chocolate.
