To gain something...haha I've been stuck around 160 for awhile. If I don't lift, I lose weight. Before I started lifting I was around 148 after I lost about 20lbs. So yeah...I want to gain mass. I know I will never be big like White2k2ex, but I was hoping for a Ryan Reynolds size. Ideally I would like to get to around 175 and cut. I think 180 would be pushing my limits, but who knows...I need some ROIDS! haha

I know it seems like I jsut did back/bis, but I did legs/shoulders but didn't put it up...haha I guess I mixed up my rep and set in my last posts because I am a dumbass. When it says rep, it means set. So it goes

and i gotta tell ya, if you're 6' 2" shooting for 160...you should aim higher..i'm 5' 9" 180lbs, and i'm still working...185 is my ideal weight in my mind and i still have work to do...

I'm not shooting for 160, I am 160 and it is frickin struggle just to stay this weight . I would like to be 175 and 8% BF. Right now I am a little above 160 and about 11% BF
