does it feel awesome right after you workout and the rest of the day? Also wondering how long y'all's workouts usually last, mine last anywhere from one and a half hours to two hours and 15 minutes. Is it good or bad to run a 15 minute warm-up before working out, then after working out running another 15 minutes because 30 minutes on a tread mill gets SSSOOO damn boring. Plus during work out I am constantly in sweat mode and dripping wet after the first 15 minutes.

Yeah, you get the endorphins running and you get that pump and you feel great. My workouts last about 1 hr. You should do some sort of warm-up before working out and then a cool down. So you are doing fine.

Warming up is fine for 15min. I usually only do 5 but that's because I am trying to gain. I only feel good if I lift in the afternoon. When I lift in the morning I feel like sh!t by 2pm.

Why are your workouts so long? Lifting should take no more than hour unless you are bullshitting around.

I do not hurry around the weight room. I have a stop watch handy and I usually wait one minute to a minute and a half between sets. No need to be in a hurry, but some days they are shorter than others because of work and stuff.
