| Is it me or... does it feel awesome right after you workout and the rest of the day? Also wondering how long y'all's workouts usually last, mine last anywhere from one and a half hours to two hours and 15 minutes. Is it good or bad to run a 15 minute warm-up before working out, then after working out running another 15 minutes because 30 minutes on a tread mill gets SSSOOO damn boring. Plus during work out I am constantly in sweat mode and dripping wet after the first 15 minutes. |
