No-Explode http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bsn/xplode.html and mixing it with Muscle Milk, but MM is for after the workout and No-Explode is for the jump start before the workout and intensity training, has anyone had experience with these products?
Thats the worse kind of creatine you found there. Liquid creatine is proven that it sucks. Get the powder form. And No Xplode is crap dont buy it again, it doesnt do anything as far as building muscle just gives you some energy because it has caffeine in it.
Controlled Labs Green Magnitude has been getting good reviews. I'm using it right now and it tastes great and results seem to be pretty good. Size On creatine is supposedly one of the best kinds of creatine to buy but I have never tried it.
After reading up, I noticed Muscle Milk is good, but makes you fat and another thing, N.O. Explode only pumps you up and after you get off the cycle it stops working. So I am dropping both of them and starting to take protein. Anyone know any good vitamins out there to help me on working out and recovering?

NOX is a vasodilator. You are just opening blood vessels to get more blood and hence more O2 to your muscles so it feels like you can lift more. You can still take the NOX, but the monohydrate has to go.
Vitamins - A good multivitamin (eg animal pak) and Fish oil. That is all you should need.
Just pick one. You need at least 360ELAs and 240DFAs a day. I take twice that because I don't eat a lot of fish. The straight up oil will be better for you but tastes like shit. There is no science to picking "the best", just get something pure and roll with it.
You don't need all of those supplements. Pretty soon, you will be spending alot of money on supplements for maybe a 1% gain. Just take a daily multi-vitamin, fish oil and protein.
