Ive been going to 24 hour fitness for about a year now off and on, but lately ive been hustling trying to get back in shape so I decided to buy level 3 pills that they sell at 24 hour fitness!
These pills are great! If your one that lacks energy or needs an energy boost, these are pills for you. Plus they are a fat burner. You takes these pill 3 times a day.
Just thought ide share my finding for those who want to or looking foward to work out but are lacking energy. Also if you take some fat burning pills what kind are you taking?
make sure you look into them a lot before taken them, you could get addicted, od, cause heart damage, very very bad things
Listen to him man, it's about the nastiest thing you can do to your heart, anything like that will surley take years off your life.........
You want to take some good stuff to help you loose weight, take a probiotic like acidopholis, it adds heathly bacteria that are in you but killed by antibiotics, also apple cider vingar can help releave you off intestinal plaque too..........Coenzime Q10 (they give it to people with Cancer and AIDS) that gives you the best cardio workouts when taken the day before and its the most exspensive but the best, vitamine E, the B complex, Omega 3, Vitamin C too
I took all that since march, and have been working out and I lost 45 pounds of pure fat.....and feel 20 years younger
you dont have to stay away completly, just research what you take, if your looking to loose weight, take a herbal extract called hoodin. African tribes have been using the root of the hoodin plant for thousands of years. It makes you feel full, when you eat just a small amount. Hunters would use it when they went on hunting trips for months on end.
Ok, I heard about all these things, but the thing with me is that I always feel so lazy. I always say to myself today I am gonna work out, and try to eat better, but I am taking antibiotics for my throat because I have an infection, and they make me so sleepy. I don't want something that will make my heart beat fast. What worked for those of you who had lots of weight to lose? I would seriously like to know the steps you took to drop the pounds. Please also include how long it took. Thanks in advance.

One thing that makes you tired is is poor digestion........if your on antibiotics you digestive system will be missing the "friendly" bacteria used to break down foods, causing alot of the food you eat to "rot" inside you. This causes a form of plaque to build on your intestines meaning no mater how heathly you eat, your not absorbing the nutrients......so take a "probiotic" like acidopholis to put the bacteria back inside you.
Getting healthy the right way takes time, unfoutunatly you wont see quick results, you want to a year long goal with smaller goals in between.
On of the best things you can do is stop, and I mean stop eating refined sugar, and never eat McDonalds......this wil also give you energy, but it will be really hard to quit as refined sugar is very much the same as a drug, and it will take time for the cravings to leave.....again its not easy.
If you can, walk to get food everyday, that way you'll have burnt calories to balance the food your eating.
Start off small, I started by running litterally around the block once a day, then arond 2 blocks untils now I can run 10-15klms no problem.
Soory for the longness of all that but I lost alot of fat and have a 6 pack now, but more importantly I feel so much younger and I don't get sick anymore......PM me if you have anymore questions cause I never take anything thats unhealthy.
Its better to take individual vitamins especially colloidal vitamins (liquid in an eyedroper) that whay its not hitting your kidneys and liver all at once and its getting absorbed by the body.....fresh weatgrass juice is also a way to get a ton of absorbable nutrients and vitamins and minerals... 1oz is the same as eating 2 ilbs of broccoli.....lol
I'm on antibiotics and i take the occasional Advanced Multi Vitamen.
Anyone know some safe vitamins for a "child" (only 17) that work and wont screw up my body cause i cant afford that.
There is a MultiVitamin especially made for teens. I believe its called ONE a Days for TEENS. It helped me alot, because I was always tired and looked pale. I used to take it when I was about 16/17 yrs old. You can find it @ Walmart or any GNC.

Motivation is really the key. I go thru spells of wanting to get off my ass and do something but never really doing it. I think the first key is to start slowly cutting things out of you diet.
I completely cut sodas out of my life and i dont eat after 7pm. Sodas are bad, its was causes people to have bellys (just like beer). And eating late is sinful, lol. I found doing those 2 things work alot better on males. Two of my guy friends did that same thing and suprisingly lost about 20 lbs each.
Till this day i follow with that ^. I never eat fast food. And i go jogging a couple of days a week w/ a friend. I do sit ups and crunches. It helps alot.
But Everyones body is different, you should try different things to see which one works for you.

Thats awsome advice, the don't eat after 7 rule is great because alot of people don't really know/think that would mess ya up, but your metabolism slows down at night... ...I switched to soda water for sodas
