I'm sorry, but I had to laugh at "severe finger fatigue." That's just part of deadlifting. You deal with it. Personally, straps/hooks mess me up more than they have ever helped. It seems much more uncomfortable to me to have something hanging from my wrist.

Have you tried straps instead of hooks?
Yeah, but my hands just get really tired. I will try my friends to see if they help. It is just hard because I know I can lift more, but my hands won't let me.
How much are you doing for deadlift that you get wrist/hand fatigue?
Personally I like straps, but if you feel like you can lift a LOT more if only your hands don't give up, then maybe it's time for you to work on your hands/wrists to have a better balance. Just an idea.
Do you work out your forearms at all? I never really worked out my forearms but since I started going hard... it's helped me hold on to weights better.
yea those straps look like they'd work for chin ups and stuff but I wouldnt want to use them for DL's. I'd be too worried about disclocating bones or pulling something in my wrist.
Those straps seem a little excessive, straps are plenty for an aid.
I use straps and I'm fine with it, really I only use them towards the end/last set(sets) of that exercise (deads, weighted pullups, etc) when I am usually going my heaviest for that particular lift.
PS. May wanna try grip training.. ie. holding two 10 lb. plates together with your fingers for as long as you can, farmer's walk, stuff like that.
Ever since I started my summer job lifting stones / sandbags / etc. my grip improved tremendously, and that's just from having to hold on to stuff for longer than you would at the gym
