You might have read in my muscle milk thread that i'm trying to put on some lean muscle mass but having a hard time, I've adjusted my diet so I'm eating alot more protein and carbs and started taking muscle milk and i've actually gained almost 2lbs this week (hopefully I don't lose it).

I was just wondering should I still be doing cardio at the gym or is that just gonna burn all the calories I wanna keep? Also is it ok for a hard gainer to be lifting weights 5 days a week? any advice would be appreciated.

avoid intense cardio if you're trying to gain mass. Light walk on an incline after the workout is fine, if you don't wanna gain excess fat

I would say eliminate cardio all together.
The lean gainer meal that I posted recommends No Cardio. Unfortunatly I can't avoid that seeing as I'm doing Wushu, gynmastics, and parkour as well as lifting weights.

Ya I just don't feel like it's a real workout without atleast 20mins cardio, I guess I'll try to cut back. any other advice for someone looking to put on lean mass?

Even just 10 mins before and 10 mins after is good.. just for a warm up/warm down type thing.
