You might have read in my muscle milk thread that i'm trying to put on some lean muscle mass but having a hard time, I've adjusted my diet so I'm eating alot more protein and carbs and started taking muscle milk and i've actually gained almost 2lbs this week (hopefully I don't lose it).
I was just wondering should I still be doing cardio at the gym or is that just gonna burn all the calories I wanna keep? Also is it ok for a hard gainer to be lifting weights 5 days a week? any advice would be appreciated.
