you guys really need to stop saying "much" after everything. It sounds REALLY FREAKIN gay.
You know what sounds really freakin' gay? When you say you're a personal trainer, tell other people to learn about muscle science, and then say stupid shit like "muscle turns to flab."

i dont claim to know a lot of "muscle science", just what I have observed 1000's of times in my decade of gym workout.
Muscle does not turn into fat and fat does not turn into muscle. Either the body is catabolic (breaking things down) or anabolic (building things up). What happens when you stop working out is the muscle is broken down first because it is quick energy. It takes a long time before fat begins to break down, which is why it is so hard to lose. That is why when cutting you have to keep your protein high so that muscle is not broken down, but fat is broken down.

The thing about that dude, white2K2EX, is that he's naturally skinny, which seems like the case with the other guys on this thread except sevenplaces.
I think you can tell by the neck width/length comparison (see Brock Lesnar's size... I think he's naturally thick)... so for bigger guys like me, if I don't work out, my big biceps actually stay big, but become soft (broken down in composition, not size)... so in that sense, muscle becomes flab... haha, not actual fat, but looks and acts just like it.

Just my 2 cents.
true. I am not naturally skinny and have to work hard to stay in shape. Also, I never said muscle turns to fat, I said flab. Like the stuipd cartoons with the lady with her lower tricep waving goodbye opposite of her hand cause its all flappy and nasty. That is untoned muscle.
