| Muscle milk Ok I've been working out for awhile and cannot gain any weight, I've been eating clean 80% of the time and I realize I should just start eating more when I do eat to gain some mass, But I wanted to try muscle milk after hearing alot of good things about it. The only thing i'm not sure on is if it's ok to take it post workout? or should I just take it in the morning and before bed? It's got a lot of fat that's why I was wondering if i'm better of just taking regular ON 100% whey post workout. Anyone tried muscle milk? |
