Muscle milk

Ok I've been working out for awhile and cannot gain any weight, I've been eating clean 80% of the time and I realize I should just start eating more when I do eat to gain some mass, But I wanted to try muscle milk after hearing alot of good things about it. The only thing i'm not sure on is if it's ok to take it post workout? or should I just take it in the morning and before bed? It's got a lot of fat that's why I was wondering if i'm better of just taking regular ON 100% whey post workout. Anyone tried muscle milk?

MM is better (IMO) for a between-meal shake. Straight whey is better post-workout because of the faster absorbtion rates.

ya i saw that meal plan, I'm doing my best but I don't think I'll have the time or money to eat all that everyday, that's why I bought some of this stuff to kinda make up for not being able to eat so much.

if your not gaining weight theres only one reason. Your not eating enough calories. Try eating a lil more and see how it goes. Use Fitday.com to track your calories
