Question neck toning?

whats good fellas. I sorta slacked on my weight lifting since my last post here, but i plan on joining a gym to be able to work the whole body.

anyway, how would i go about toning my neck? i've gained my target weight with both food & exercise, and my neck hasnt shown much change. Yes, i'm sort of a pencilneck'ed dork but i'm looking for a change even if its not much.
thanks any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hammerstrength makes a pretty good neck machine. It will train all 4 angles. You will need to find a well equipped gym to find a neck machine, however. Most don't have them.

Some gyms have a special harness which you strap onto your head, and has a chain leading to a hook from which you hang weights or attach to a cable machine.

Go here and have a look at some of the possibilities for neck training. They have little videos for illustration purposes:
