| As the others correctly pointed out, fatloss is primarily a function of diet and cardio. There is no "fatloss exercise". Running is great.
Please keep in mind that you cannot lose bodyfat from specific areas. That notion is a fantasy. Bodyfat loss is a whole body process, and your genetics and age dictate where the fat comes off most quickly, as well as slowly.
