I joined the army, need to lose some weight.

Hey guys, I enlisted in the army and i'm leaving in July. I need to try and lose as much weight as I can before then. Can anybody give me some good tips or some good ideas of diet plans I can get on. I'm not working out but I'm doing cardio to try and lose some weight. Thanks. To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

go to your recruiter. He will help you with it. He will give you work outs that make your transition to basic easier. When I enlisted there was a weight watchers like group. We would come weigh in once a week.

Be sure you restrict your carbs. Eat only good carbs such as oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potato, lentils, or whole wheat pasta. No sweets, no beer/alcohol, fries, fast food.
