| Fatloss cannot result from the use of any supplement, unless there is a properly planned and dedicated caloric deficit. In other words, you have to take in significantly less calories than before. You must combine that with a systematic cardio program and exercise, which increases the metabolism.
But first comes the diet. You must eliminate bad carbs and replace them with good carbs. Good carbs are:
oatmeal
brown rice
lentils
sweet potato
whole wheat pasta
The most successful results come from a plan where you have determined all the macro data for the diet, for each meal(grams of protein, carbs, and fats), then ensuring that the day's total macros and carbs is in line with your target.
It is really not enough to just say "I stopped drinking soda", or "I stopped eating junk food". You gotta plan out the meal program completely and mathematically determine that it does achieve your target goal. You gotta stick with it.
There are also some behavior adjustments required, such as no carbs at all after 6 PM.
Finally, there is the cardio program. Pushups are insufficient. And there is no such thing as spot reduction(such as focussed fatloss on your chest). Fatloss is a full body process. There is no way to focus it on specific areas.
There have been several threads in this forum about fatloss and cardio.
But be assured, it is a tough road to change your body composition. Like quitting cigarette smoking, you must make your mind up to do the job and you must have a plan. There is no quick fix.
