For me right now it is looking good for summer.... ( bathing suit season) But normally, it is the stress relief and good feelinjgs it brings. It also helps to have a workout partner. I did the best with a workout partner and lost about 30 lbs and got in great shape. Now Carbon is my workout buddy and we keep each other accountable. Good luck..

Hmm, well I use to wrestle in the varsity wrestling team when I was in Highschool. It was the hardest thing I ever did in my life!
But now that I'm done with wrestling and school, I tend to watch a lot of UFC/Pride fighting MMA(Mixed Martial Arts) type sports makes me want to work out a lot.
I've been working out for years now on and off... recently (September 2005) I watched one of my best friends compete in body building competition and seeing him in that shape made me hit the gym harder then ever before.
I work out because it makes me feel good... mentally and physically. I'm also hitting the gym harder because summer time is coming up. Last summer i lost a lot of muscle and gain a bit of fat and my buddies were all asking me what the hell happened
Mine is Oxygen Magazine (womens fitness) and also the Oxygen forum...good CLEAN recipes, lots of great trainning tips ect...and ofcourse...seeing all the crap that my co-workers eat day to day...kinda makes me sick.
