I personally just pulled the living crap out of my shoulder on the fly machine about a week ago, so I won't be doing any upperbody lifting for a couple more weeks... It was hurting so I took a week off, and took it light when I went back at it, but Something popped on the pec fly machine... So i'm resting and stretching it per the doctors orders.
But I have gained about 8 Pounds since January... Up to 168... I don't know if Its Noticeable ... I guess the Pictures will Tell, but I'm hoping my legs aren't as skinny.
