| im a sanshou fighter, well i use to anyway. My best advice for stregnth in ur arms is punching bags. Hit it hardest u can and fastest u can with combos and whatnot. it builds ur strength and speed but way slower compared to weight lifting and speed drills. if u want to be a good fighter its good to have more speed then strength cuz ur not fighting in the streets, if so ud based your fighting style on pure strength and wild punches. iunno how muay thai is but should be based on a point system.
