| It's like getting a flywheel turning. Slow and difficult, at first. But once it's spinning round, you only need to give it regular pushes to keep it going.
You have to build up to eating lotsa meals, and well prepared meals that will make you grow. Most junk food is fattening calories, and won't make anything grow but bodyfat and coronary artery disease. Clean carbs, lean meats, and healthy fats, all in the right proportions, are the ingredients for muscle growth.
Not only do you need to take some time to build up your system to handle it all, but you also have to figure out how to integrate all the time it takes to cook and eat the food into your life. It really can be done. You only have to take the time to do some planning.
But better to not eat, than to simply cram down a bunch of bad nutrition. I am particularly against those prepackaged bulking shakes, which contain maltodextrin and other crap carbs. |
